Our amaretti of Sassello represent a classic of the Ligurian pastry tradition. Prepared according to the traditional recipe in a historic pastry shop founded in 1930 in the heart of the city of Sassello, these macaroons in elegant candy wrapping are eaten one after the other for their goodness and softness.
The recipe is simple and traditional: sugar, kernels, sweet almonds and egg whites. Obviously without preservatives or dyes. The outside is golden and crunchy, the inside is soft and slightly moist. Must try it! 😉
INGREDIENTS: Sugar, 42% kernels, egg white, 2% almonds, flavorings. It may contain traces of hazelnuts or other nuts. Produced in the laboratory where flours and derivatives are used.
