The Honey of Erica Arborea is a honey typical of the Mediterranean maquis of Western Liguria, in particular, in our case, obtained from the blooms in the woods of Val Nervia.
It is an amber honey with amber reflections, which crystallizes quickly with a rather granular consistency. It has a fresh smell, somewhat reminiscent of caramel.
It is a honey with a high level of antioxidants and antiseptic, antirheumatic and finally antianemic tonic action.
IN THE KITCHEN Perfect paired with seasoned and spicy cheeses (eg Puzzone di Moena, provola, goat cheese) but also on its own as it doesn’t give a quick sense of satiety.
