INFORMATION Our Tapenade sauce is a fragrant and tasty sauce made mixing taggiasca olives, anchovies and capers.
COOKING USE It is ideal to spread on “crostini” or “bruschetta” for the aperitifs and to accompany fish steamed. On Italian pasta the tapenade is delicious with a few tablespoons of cream.
INGREDIENTS Taggiasca olives 65%, italian extra virgin olive oil 20%, anchovies, capers, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt, oregano, ground pepper.
