INFORMATION Artichoke Cream is seasoned with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a slight touch of vinegar.

COOKING USE It is ideal as an aperitif, on crunchy slices of toasted bread (the Italian “crostini”). It can be also served with pasta or to enrich delicious vegetable soups.

INGREDIENTS Artichokes 60%, extra virgin olive oil 35%, white wine vinegar, salt.
