Vegan pesto is created following the classic Ligurian pesto recipe revisiting it in a special version without cheese and lactose-free.
IN THE KITCHEN: Ideal for seasoning pasta (especially trofiette and trenette), on boiled vegetables and potatoes, for dressing salad and for spreading on canapés and bruschetta.
Our pesto is indicated in vegan and vegetarian cuisine and for lactose intolerants.
INGREDIENTS: Extra virgin olive oil, 24% Genoese PDO basil, cashews, oat fiber, garlic powder, fructose, acidity regulator: citric acid, sorbic acid. Contains nuts and wheat.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator covered with oil.
